Stress isn't one thing, it's a collection.

StressDecks helps you to find micro-stressors and match them with strategies for mitigating & managing them.

Try it. Tap a card to flip it and see its strategy.

It's the small stuff

A flat phone battery. A vague email. No clean mug.

None of them is a big deal, but they add up.

StressDecks puts them all on cards, so you can see the whole collection clearly.

How it works

Step 1

Find.

Start with a ready-made set of stressor cards. Keep the ones that are yours, drop the ones that aren't, and write your own.

Step 2

Match.

Give a stressor a strategy card: something you can do before it happens, or while it's happening.

Step 3

Repeat.

One card at a time. Your deck shows how many stressors are still unmatched.

I'm just a stressed dad looking for ways to manage.

I built StressDecks for myself. It's based on reading, research and experience, and it hasn't been tested. It's free, and you use it at your own risk.
